Lavender mist is a nightly ritual thing in our home. Helps us rest at night and calm our playful pup when it’s time to calm down. It also is a great “spray the worries away” spray…..LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I have friends that swears by this, however I can’t use it. I am very allergic to many plants so tend to wake up with sinus headaches if I put on my pillow. If you have same allergies, keep that in mind. I gibe a good rating based on multiple friends that love it.
