SHIPMENTS
Purchases will be shipped via UPS or USPS from our distribution center in Owatonna, Minnesota. You can expect your purchase to arrive within 2-10 business days (Monday–Friday) from receipt of your order. You will be notified via email when your order is completed. For an additional charge, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 1-2 business days. Contact us for expedited shipping costs.
Unless specified, the shipping and handling cost per order is based on retail sales.

PICK UP ORDERS AT OUR WELLNESS BOUTIQUES
Pick-ups are available for orders placed online. You must select either Albert Lea or Owatonna as your pickup location. Pick-up orders are processed in the order they are received. The Wellness Boutiques operate separately from our order fulfillment location, and as such, the boutiques cannot fill your order for you. You will be notified via email when your order has ‘shipped’, and is ready for pickup at the chosen location. Please allow up to 5 business days to process and pack your order.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories (excluding Guam, US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico)
We DO NOT ship to any US territories. We only ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We CANNOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.
P.O. Boxes
As we ship with UPS & USPS, we require you to enter your permanent street address as well as your P.O. Box.
International Addresses
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
RETURN POLICY
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES – website orders only
At Daisy Blue Naturals, we stand behind each one of our products. If you are not dancing the happy dance with the results, simply let us know within 60 days of purchase.
Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip as well as the Return Authorization Form. You can return items up to 60 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact Customer Care, and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost. Our apologies, but all items purchased from a Daisy Blue wholesaler or a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase. Conversely, all items purchased online at www.daisybluenaturals.com may be returned by contacting our Customer Care team. We will send you the Return Authorization Form, which is to accompany the product being returned.

Shipping costs are not refunded. If you are returning a non-defective product, you will be required to pay return shipping fees.
We do not allow exchanges except for defective products received; however, you can return the product for a refund and purchase the items desired in place of your return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please bring it back within 30 days of purchase for an in-store credit or exchange. We want you to LOVE our products as much as we do! No monetary return is given in our Wellness Boutiques.
