Vendor Booth Spaces:
Vendor spaces are assigned. Vendors will be directed where to go the morning of DaisyFest.
Only one vendor per booth. Vendors may request two businesses per booth and must reach out direclty to us to receie approval and increased booth price.
Vendors will be able to unload near their booths and then move their vehicles. All special location requests will be considered as much as possible but cannot be guaranteed. Booths will be assigned based on other vendor types in that area to avoid over-saturation and provide the best experience for our vendors.
Each vendor must provide their own canopy (up to 10×10), their own tables, chairs, and signage for their own booth. The canopy MUST BE weighted down with at least 30 lbs. per leg. This is extremely important as your tent and items within it can blow around and cause injuries and/or property damage. Canopies must be open on all 4 sides according to the city fire code. You do not have to use a canopy; however, it is strongly recommended.
A sign or banner with your business name is strongly recommended so that customers know whom to look for when they return for more business. Sandwich Boards are acceptable for use. Business cards and other marketing materials are highly recommended.
Electricity:
No electricity will be provided except for the Musicians. Food trucks must have a generator. There is limited supply at Central Park for food truck hook up.
