What is daisyfest?

daisyfest is an outdoor festival that has been a dream of our CEO, Owner & Founder of Daisy Blue, Jena Thompson, made into reality 2 years ago.Jena had long dreamed of an opportunity to bring together like-minded thinkers, makers, and teachers to enjoy a day of fun, fellowship, and learning, with the intention of bringing daisyfest to more communities and states.The first 2 years of daisyfest were held in the most beautiful countryside setting just outside of Albert Lea thanks to wonderful friends who generously offered us the use of their property. The scenic background of the countryside blended perfectly with the peace and harmony of the day. We had wonderful makers, teachers, food vendors, and musicians from across Minnesota join us for the event.This year we are branching out, following that dream, and hosting daisyfest at Central Park in downtown Albert Lea, MN, in partnership with the Albert Lea Convention & Visitors Bureau, sponsors, and local vendors and makers.

We will have live music by WAYWARD and 507 Country, plus food trucks, adult and kid friendly beverages, classes such as Vibrational Sound Therapy (Singing Bowls & Drums), Strength Testing, Yoga, Zumba, and Reiki. You will meet expert professionals in their field and learn about all thing’s health & wellness. Best of all it is free and open to the public!
