Did you know that Mother Nature provides us with ingredients that can be found in our own backyards to create healing salves with?
Natural salves are utterly amazing as they soothe, protect, promote skin healing, reduce inflammation and some say they help prevent wrinkles!
Our all natural salves are made with ingredients that may be found in your garden…depending on where you live.
They each contain different ingredients to target different issues. However, they can each be used for some of the same things.
Confusing right? Not really. Let us look at what each salve was designed for:
Plantain Salve
Our Plantain Salve is made with Plantago major, that we distill and blend with oil at Daisy Blue using fresh and dry organic plantain, is antimicrobial, promotes skin healing, and is a natural first aid alternative to over the counter first aid ointments.
Use for the following issues
Sunburn, bug bites, mosquito bites, bee stings, poison ivy, burns, eczema, rashes, dry skin, minor cuts and scrapes, and bruises.
Hemp & Copaiba Salve and Oil
Hemp & Copaiba Salve and Oil is made with Copaiba Balsam, Copaiba balsam is a sap-like substance (oleoresin). It is collected from the trunk of trees that belong to the Copaifera genus.
Use for the following issues
Pain and inflammation, fights infection, and reduces scarring. When rubbed on the bottoms of your feet before bed, it helps to promote a restful night’s sleep!
Marigold Salve
Marigold Salve is made with Calendula Officinalis, using fresh and dry organic calendula that we distill into oil at Daisy Blue.
Use for the following issues
To promote the healing of scars, rashes/eczema, sunburn, and more! In terms of anti-aging benefits, calendula is preventative in two major ways, it is an anti-aging skin conditioner that stimulates collagen and reduces dry or flaking skin and it also treats eye puffiness.
