Hibiscus Mint Tea

Let’s break the ingredients down.

Hibiscus flowers are good for liver health, packed with antioxidants. They’re also known to lower blood pressure and fight bacteria.

Mint is naturally rich in nutrients. It contains Vitamin A and fiber and is known to improve brain function and help with digestion.

Stevia is a natural sweetener that’s a great substitute for refined sugar.

Rose Quartz

This stone creates harmony and helps boost relationships.  Rose quartz is also thought to ward off nightmares and improve the quality of sleep.

Rose quartz is all about the heart. Do you want to help heal or strengthen a relationship? Put the name of the person on a piece of paper and draw a heart around their name. Peppermint Foot Butter
