3 Easy Spook-tacular Last-Minute DIY Halloween Costumes

Halloween is right around the corner, don’t have your costume yet? Don’t worry, we are here to help! Here are 3 spook-tacular costumes you can create last minute at home with a few simple items including our Daisy Blue all natural mineral makeup!

Cat or Cheetah

• Black or Brown top and bottoms
• Have a cheetah or leopard print top? Even better!
• Black mascara
• Black / Dark Gray eyeliner or eyeshadows
• Gold / Brown or warm tone eyeshadows
• White eyeshadow or highlighting powder

Apply your foundation routine as normal, make sure to use extra Natural Bronzer to give you that cheetah glow, then proceed to eyes. Make sure to do a couple extra coats of mascara to really make your eyes pop. Using your eyeliner or our Slate Grey Eyeshadowdarken your feline nose and draw on your whiskers. For a cheetah look take our Slate Grey Eyeshadow or similar and draw on your spots, fill in the spots with our Golden Eyeshadow. Use our White Phlox Eyeshadow above your lip / below your nose and under your eyebrows to accentuate your feline features. Finish with our Merlot Lip Blush to complete the look.

Scarecrow

• Flannel or Plaid top, Jean bottoms
• Braids
• Stick some straw in your hair, pockets, and sleeves for an extra touch!
• Black mascara
• Black / Dark Gray eyeliner or eyeshadows
• Pink blush or eyeshadow

Apply your foundation routine as normal, make sure to use extra Flawless Glow Blush on your cheeks, then proceed to eyes. Make sure to do a couple extra coats of mascara to really make your eyes pop. Using your eyeliner or our Slate Grey Eyeshadow create your “stitched” lines on either side of your mouth and the patch on your nose. Use your Flawless Glow Blush or Earth Eyeshadow to fill in the patch on your nose. Finish with our Merlot Lip Blush to complete the look.

Deer

• Neutral top and bottoms
• Straight or curled hair
• (2-3) Brown / White craft pipe cleaners
• Elastic headband
• Black mascara
• Black / Dark Gray eyeliner or eyeshadows
• Golden eyeshadow or bronzer / foundation
• White eyeshadow or highlighting powder

Apply your foundation routine as normal, then proceed to eyes. Make sure to do a couple extra coats of mascara to really make your eyes pop. Using your eyeliner or our Slate Grey Eyeshadow darken your nose. Use your Golden Eyeshadow or Natural Bronzer on your cheeks. Using your White Phlox Eyeshadow create three small white circles on top of each brown patch on your cheeks. Bend the craft pipe cleaners into antler shapes. Place elastic headband around your head with the top landing just above your forehead. Wrap the craft pipe cleaners on either side just above your ears and bend so they stand out like antlers. Finish with our Merlot Lip Blush to complete the look.
