This is a daily must have. I put on my chheks, forehead, and under my nose every night before I go to bed and since doing that have had significantly less sinus headaches. Went frim 3-4/week to maybe 1-2/month. Love it.

We use the peppermint oil for upset stomachs, and muscle aches. With three active boys, and a husband who works on his feet all day, We use this a lot! I also love that it works on headaches!
