Ingredients: Olea Europaea (olive) Oil, Capric/Caprylic (coconut) Triglycerides, Mentha Piperita (peppermint) Essential Oil, Tocopherols (Vitamin E), Rosemary Oil Extract. 1 oz. / 30 mL.
How To Use: Apply a few drops directly to the skin, or apply on your finger and rub in as needed. Peppermint can help alleviate sinus pressure, nausea, and headaches, and can be used to deter bugs in the home.

This is a daily must have. I put on my chheks, forehead, and under my nose every night before I go to bed and since doing that have had significantly less sinus headaches. Went frim 3-4/week to maybe 1-2/month. Love it.

We use the peppermint oil for upset stomachs, and muscle aches. With three active boys, and a husband who works on his feet all day, We use this a lot! I also love that it works on headaches!
